Five stars does not adequately reflect the level of customer service and quality I received during the sale and installation of a walk in tub for my 82 year old mother. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
I contacted several companies and none compared with the price or customer service. The representative for one company made an appointment and never showed up. In fact he didn’t even respond to my voice message about the missed appointment.
Not only was the price of this tub less than 1/2 of the first company’s quote, the installers also tore out the original shower and linen closet to fit the tub. The installers were on time and completed the job within 5 hours even with all the additional work. A major snafu was the cashier’s check for the tub was sent via 2 day priority mail. You guessed it. It was lost by the postal service and I found out something I didn’t know. The bank does not just put a stop payment on a cashier’s check and return the money. You have to wait 90-180 days to get the money back. They continued to reassure me by saying, “Don’t worry. We are going to get Mama’s tub in” and they did!!! The check did not show up until AFTER the tub was installed. They said they’re in the business to help people, and really mean it!!!
